Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam is now our 2nd best-selling Jam (Plain Raspberry takes out 1st place). Our Rhubarb is grown on our own property, in Moriarty, and also Ulverstone. Rhubarb brings extra tanginess to the raspberry jam, and makes it a beautiful texture. My children love this one in Jam Drop biscuits, but can be used for any sweet dishes – even as an ice-cream topper.
