A sweet/savoury sauce, great on BBQ meats, but just as nice on a ham sandwich. The sweetness of the cherries shine through to start with, but are then quickly replaced with a mild chilli hit that lingers in the mouth. For something different try using as a pasta stir through sauce.

This sauce is amazing you can use it for sweet or savoury dishes. I love to chop up cherries and stir them through some ricotta with the chilli cherry sauce…yummy!

Glad you like it. We hear that it is also lovely as a Pizza Base Sauce, with pulled pork, Fetta, and Spinach!
