We are strong supporters of Tasmanian growers and also grow a large quantity of our own Rocky Gardens produce. Blackcurrants, Jostaberry, Redcurrants and Raspberries grown fresh on the Rocky Gardens farm contribute greatly to the flavour and texture of our Jam. While the delicious taste of our sauces and relishes may be attributed to the vine ripened tomatoes we use.
