Rocky Gardens

is a Tasmanian family owned business situated in the beautiful West Tamar at Bridgenorth.

Established in 1991, Rocky Gardens specialises in the production of Jams, Jellies, Pickles, Relish, Chutneys and Sauces.

Our homemade preserves are carefully hand made using the old traditional methods of cooking original recipes in small batches.

We use the finest ingredients that are locally grown and available with no chemical sprays wherever possible. All our preserves are made without artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
